It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Joyner Barnes (Woodland, North Carolina), who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Pollock "Pal" Tenille Barnes and Annie Rae Joyner Barnes; and his brother Patrick Barnes. He is survived by : his wife Jeanne; his son Paul Barnes (Jessica) of Fort Mill, SC; his siblings, Peggy Britt of Milwaukee and John William Barnes of Potecasi; and his granddaughter Lyla Dare Barnes of Fort Mill, SC..
