She was predeceased by: her father Arnold Joe Newton, Sr.; her sister Melba Newton; and her granddaughter Chasidy Nicole Hahn. She is survived by: her mother Jewel Geralene Campbell Newton; her husband Eugene Sexton; her children, Jason Scott Kinley, Adam Eugene Sexton (Leigh Shoffner) and Candi Elizabeth Sexton-Lauer (Harry); her brothers, Arnold Joe Newton, Jr. and Brian Welby Newton; her grandsons, Hunter Lauer and Adam Lane Sexton; and her great grandchild Madalynd Winter Leona Lynch.
