She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Blackwell and Agnes Wegley Blackwell; and her son James John Anderton III. She is survived by: her husband James Anderton; her daughter Kimberly Noel Smith (Michael) of Catawba County, NC; and her grandsons, Andrew, Michael and Zachary Clayton.
