With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Annie Ruth Williams (Yadkinville, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Annie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Annie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie Mae Wilborn Martin; her husband John Lee Williams; her son Tony Wayne Williams; and her daughter-in-law Kay Williams. She is survived by: her children, Joann Gadberry, John Lee Williams Jr., Diana Allen, Jerry "Pip" Williams, Gary Williams (Jackie), Hazel Williams and Faye Grant (Jamie). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
