He is survived by: his daughter Jenna Lee Dowell Torres (Carlos); his grandchildren, Jesse Torres and Adrian Torres; his brothers, Kenneth Dowell (Jaclyn) and Tommy Dowell; and his nephews, Matthew Dowell, Kaleb Dowell and Dylan Dowell.
