We are sad to announce that, on December 9, 2025, at the age of 100, Doris Money Hobson (Yadkinville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, B. C. Money and Vallie Brown Money; her husband Charlie Cline Hobson; and her siblings, Brodie Money, Ben Money, Lola Brown, Ura Martin, Ruth Whitaker, Lela Wiseman and Ada Lee Jester.
She is survived by: her sons, Ted Hobson (Catherine) and Rex Hobson (Beverly); her grandchildren, Meredith Showalter (Ryan) and Landon Hobson (Nikki); and her great grandchildren, Mason, Maddox, Molly, Marshall Showalter, Charlie, Henry and Ollie Hobson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
