He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Kimball Mullis and Lillie Mae Tulbert Mullis; and his siblings, Betty Couch, Lois Medvetz, Virginia Mullis (Benjamin Mullis), Glenn Mullis, Joseph Mullis (Mildred Caudle), Edward Mullis and Roger Mullis.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Mullis; his children, Stevie Mullis (Talesha), Carrie Bowman (Randall), Mikie Mullis (Crystal), Richie Mullis (Kerri) and Danie Simmons (Andy); and his nephews, Bobby Couch and Keith Caudle. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law; and many special nieces and nephews.
