He is survived by : his parents, Donna Hardy Mauldin and Jerome Mauldin; his children, Colton Mauldin and Adlee Mauldin; his sister Heather Holbrook (Ritchie); the mother of his children Kayla Talbott; his niece Sydni Griffith; his nephew Ross Holbrook; and his close friend Jared Sprinkle (Ariel).
