It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Cook (Yadkinville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Cook and Etta Law Cook; his parents-in-law, Robert and Edna Steelman; and his siblings-in-law, Leland Rawls, Jack Miller and Andrea Simms.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cook; his sons, Tony and Ricky Cook; his sisters, Loretta Rawls and Virginia Miller; his siblings-in-law, Gordon Simms and Judy Painter; and his nieces and nephews, Stacie Rawls, Brian Miller (Angie), Crystal Stubits (Glenn), Denise Wood (Mike), Shane Painter (Sandra), Bethanie Johnson (John), Jeff Simms (Cassidy) and Bryan Simms (Ruth).
