He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Lewis Hawks; his sons, Daryl Hawks and Matthew Hawks; his grandchildren, Liam Hawks and Dahlia Hawks; his siblings, Ann Jones (Bobby), Katie Moore (Ronald), Wayne Hawks (Annette) and Keith Hawks (Lisa); his mother-in-law Shirley Lewis; his sister-in-law Crystal Salmon (Craig); and his pet Sully. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
