He is survived by : his mother Carol Louella Ponder Sutphin; his brother Larry Eads (Donna); his aunt Wanda Gail Ponder; his uncles, Forrest Ponder and James Ramsey; his close friend Isaac Honeycutt; and his cousins, Roger Sprinkle, Teresa Heffelfinger, Sandy Dwier, Kelley Wheeler, Brian Ponder and Ted Monroe Sprinkle.
