It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Ray Turner (Yadkinville, North Carolina), who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Tony Wayne Turner Sr.; his son Nathan Turner; and his sister Susan Marie Turner. He is survived by : his mother Jennie Marshall Turner; his daughter Gracie Turner; and his siblings, Cynthia Durham (Keith) and Wayne Turner. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and 6 great-nieces and great-nephews.
