We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2025, at the age of 87, Mary Etta McCann of Yadkinville, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Etta McCann to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McCann and Mary Zeola Wishon McCann; her sister Elva Lee Jarvis; and her grandson Chad McCann. She is survived by: her sons, Lanny McCann (Kathy), Tracy McCann (Jan) and Dale McCann (Wonza); her grandsons, Shannon McCann (Trudy) and Jamie McCann (Melissa); and her great grandchildren, Madison McCann, Macie McCann, James McCann, Katie McCann, Gabriel McCann and Samuel McCann. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice at, PO Box 325, Dobson, NC 27017.
