With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nadine Daye (Yadkinville, North Carolina), who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alta Daye Jester and John Harold Lowman; her daughter Pamela Lee Wykes; her siblings, Tony Jester, Jerry Jester, Terry Jester and Linda Williams; and her brother-in-law Larry Comer.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Childress, Joey Childress (Kathy), Kyndal Church (Terry), Jill Pullen (Don) and Derek Sefton; and her siblings, Peggy Moxley (Ricky), Judy Comer and Jackie Jester (Barbara). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gentry Family Chapel (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055).
