She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Andrew Collins, Sr. and Annie Pearl Sizemore Collins; her husband Buford Gray Wooten; her brothers, Billy Ray Collins, Howard Eugene Collins and Daniel Lee Collins; her siblings' children, Rex Foster, Donnie Foster and Debbie Spainhour; and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Collins, Betty Jean Spainhour and Doris Foster.
She is survived by: her son Bobby Gray Wooten; her brother Thomas Andrew Collins, Jr. (Clarris); her sibling's children, Cindy Austin (Kevin), Kelly Keaton (Kenny), Kristy White, Angel Lygren (Erik), Sharon Presnell, Teresa Szaro (Doug), Cathy Carter (Bobby), Vickie Mathis (Burt), Cliff Collins (Trish), Randy Collins (Angela) and Jackie Foster; and her great-nephew Chris Foster (Jennifer).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Gentry Family Chapel (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055).
