He was predeceased by: his wife Bettye Smith. He is survived by: his son Todd Smith (Chastity Smith); his grandchildren, Nick Warner and Tristan Southard; and his siblings, Betty Lou Fallin, Shirley Evans, Shelby Lyons, Bill Smith and Rickey Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
