She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie; her father Charles B. Mikles; her sister Bonnie Quate; and her niece April Quate Densmore. She is survived by: her mother Sue Mikles; her siblings, Terri Vestal (Jerry) and Ronnie Mikles (Robin); her nieces and nephews, Tonya Hall (Samuel), Michelle Collins (James) and Jody Vestal (Buffi); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jarrett Hall, Hunter Hall, Abby Collins, Bethany Vestal and Westin Vestal; her sister Tru Speaks; her stepson Jeff Robertson; and her stepgrandchildren, Katie Robertson, Riley Robertson, Everleigh Robertson and Easton Robertson.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to The SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkinville.
