He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Sparks and Lula Eller Sparks; and his brothers, Bill Sparks and David Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Reinhardt Sparks; his children, Ted Sparks Jr. (Kathy) and Becky Ramsey (Bobby); his grandchildren, Ryan Sparks (Katherine), Evan Sparks (Megan), Jordan Ramsey and Lauren Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Sutton, Quinn, Asher and Oliver; and his brothers, Ronnie Sparks (Clara) and Tony Sparks (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
