She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Smith and Thelma Davis Smith; and her siblings, Danny Smith and Judy Smith. She is survived by: her son Jason C. Vaughn (Sharon Talley) of Greensboro; her sister Janet Smith (Danny) of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Logan Vaughn, Colton Vaughn, Riley Robertson, Dylan Robertson, Preston Robertson and John Willis of Reidsville; her nieces and nephews, Kasey Smith Harbour (Michael) of Reidsville, Jeff Gillie (Amy) of Ocala, FL., Brandy Mathis (Roger) of Gastonia and Waldo Smith (Alison) of Reidsville; and her half-sisters, Sheila Smith Chilton and Nancie "Punkin" Smith.
