David Glen Poole Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Glen Poole of Youngsville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 29, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Poole Sr. and Jessie Earle Howell Poole of Wake County; his wife Amy Poole; his brother Carl Poole Jr.; and his niece Dana Tipton Cavalcante.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Poole Gauthier; his son-in-law Daniel Andrew Gauthier; his daughter Mary Poole Welch; his son-in-law Matthew Stephen Welch; his grandchildren, Kaylee Christine Welch and Ashley Marie Welch; and his siblings, Linda Poole Ablecop and Michael Jesse Poole (Cindy Poole). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bright Funeral Home (405 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (2124 Oak Grove Church Rd, Youngsville, NC 27596).
