He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Johnson Sr. and Sue H. Johnson. He is survived by: his sister Kim Johnson; and his aunts and uncles, Kay, Tim Collare, Jim Forcum and Donna Love. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
