She is survived by: her sisters, Delores Langston (Steve Langston), Merry Stephenson and Pat Earnheart; her children, Nichole Tripp, Russell Wayne Penny, Jr. and Samuel Ray Winstead, Jr.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Kelley, Brandon Bell, Joshua Pritchett, Sarah Mitchell and Corey Penny; and her great grandchildren, Preston, Mckenzie, Maddie, Colten, Lilly, Lainey, Riley, Sadie and Cheyanne.
