He was predeceased by : his parents, Catharine David and Philip David Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Kimberly David; his children, Heather Lynn David (Steven Greason) and Philip David III (Amber); his stepchildren, Paul Maira (Brittany), Shawn Maira (Paige Favor) and Connor Maira (Samantha Mark); his brothers, Donald David (Carrie) and Bruce David (Teresa); his grandsons, Silas, Jasper Ralston and Jaxson David; and his niece Elizabeth David.
