With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Thomas Kinton of Youngsville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 3, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Kline Kinton and Nellie Beck Kinton; and his brother Ronnie Steve Kinton. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Kinton; and his children, Matthew Kinton, Tiffany Carter, Ashley Kinton, Jessica Kinton and Steven Kinton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bright Funeral Home (405 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Harris Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery (2960 Tarboro Rd, Youngsville, NC 27596).
