She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Crouch and Christina Slawson; her fiancé John "Mike" Fleming; her sons, Corey Schick (Kristina) of Missouri and Kevin Spitler (Angela) of Missouri; her grandchildren, Desiree Schick, Nevaeh Schick, Alex, Sawyer Schick, Kevin Spitler Jr., Serenity Stoneham and Noah Spitler; and her siblings, Stacey Burton and Vance Miller.
