With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betsy Smith of Zebulon, North Carolina, who passed away on May 10, 2021 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betsy Smith to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kearney Baker and Ruth Scarborough Baker; her husband Walter D. Smith; and her sister Joan Baker Driver. She is survived by: her niece Christi Driver Sasser (David); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joanna, Jordan, Luke and Logan. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to one of the following organizations, Pearce Baptist Church, Parkinson Foundation, ASPCA or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
