He was predeceased by: his father Everette Wade Perry. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lassiter Perry; his wife Kristin Ann Perry; his children, Madison L. Perry and Aden C. Perry; his brothers, Tony L. Perry (Kim) and Michael W. Perry (Ann); and his daughter Kristin Perry.
