He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Perez Navarro; his daughters, Jessica Perez (John Merced), Erica Perez (Abderrahim Nouaim) and Elizabeth "Mimi" Perez (Joseph Jimenez); his siblings, Juana Perez, Virginia Perez, Horacio Perez and Roman Perez; his grandchildren, Jerik Nieves, Abdulali Nouaim, Mya Nouaim, Isaiah Dejesus, Daijah Vigo and Marielyz Dejesus; and his great grandchild Genesis Hunter.
