James Clifford leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James Clifford’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew James Clifford will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his sister Maureen "Tookie" James; his son James C. Morrison, Jr.; and his cousin Marie Brown. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, Tammie Brown (Clifford), Jill Morrison and Debbie Brooks; and his grandchildren, Dara, Jada Brown and James Louison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the William Toney's Funeral Home (216 E Barbee St, Zebulon, NC 27597).
