She was predeceased by: her father John Stephens Benane; and her brother Gordon Benane. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Hendrickson Benane; her husband Elton Jesse Askew; her children, Daniel Askew Falk (Benjamin) and Emily Grace Morillo (Nicolas); her grandson Logan Falk; and her sisters, Tracey Renaud (Paul), Shelly Deters (Vince) and Marcia Coveney (Jim). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
