He is survived by: his wife April Denise Stevens; his children, Kevin Stevens, Jr., Cody Faughender, Victoria Stevens, Abigail Stevens and Ashley Alicea; and his sisters, Randa Smoak and Melanie Smoak Seagraves (Randy Seagraves). He is also survived by three grandchildren and many loved nephews and nieces.
