He is survived by: his wife Patricia Montague; his sons, Loring Montague (Selena) of Sherrills Ford, NC and Lemonte Montague of Raleigh, NC; his granddaughters, Alexis Montague of Milpitas, CA, Kayla Sanders of Raleigh, NC and Eboni Montague of Charlotte, NC; his great grandchild Kamari Sanders of Raleigh, NC; his mother Ernestine Montague of Zebulon; and his siblings, Clarence Montague (Janet) of Wendell, NC, Nannie Merritt (Alponza) of Wake Forest, NC, Doris Hartsfield (late Dallas), Christine Evans (Ernest), Bettie Horton (Leman), Carolyn Montague, Launa Bobal (Michael), Annette Wheeler (Larry), Deborah Mills (Michael) and Gloria Powell (late Theodore). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
