He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Garner Puckett and Ira Susan Lewis Puckett; his wife Sheila Carlyle Puckett; and his siblings, Reather Ann Puckett, Betty Sue Bledsoe, Flora Jane Pierce and Jerry Puckett.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Puckett (Deborah) and Christopher Puckett; his granddaughter Samantha Carol; and his sister Jean Pendagraph.
