She was predeceased by : her parents, Felipe Velasquez and Clara Cabar Velasquez; her husband Samuel Herrera; and her siblings, Rosa Orfila Velasquez and Virgilio Velasquez.
She is survived by : her daughter Sindy Villalta (Hector); her grandchildren, Hector Josue, Acsa and Sabrina; and her siblings, Argelia Velasquez, Ela Velasquez, Conchita Velasquez, Humberto Velasquez and Trina Velasquez. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
