He is survived by: his parent Dida Marie Denton; his children, Taylor Creech (Chris), Mikayla Edwards, Cadyson Outlaw (Brett), Levi Horton and Hunter Horton; his grandchildren, Blade Edwards, Camden Creech, Bentley Edwards, Abbie Creech and Easton Edwards; his brother Billy Wayne Horton (Pam); and his nephews, Junior Horton, Jonah Horton and Jonathan Horton.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Baptist Church (615 Mack-Todd Rd, Zebulon, NC 27597).
