It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Bullock Jeffreys (Zebulon, North Carolina), born in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Cecil and Gertrude Hinnant Bullock; her brother Donald Cecil Bullock; and her brother-in-law Cecil A. Strickland. She is survived by: her husband Delmas Reid Jeffreys; her son Phillip Reid Jeffreys; her sister Emma Jean B. Strickland; and her close friend Flowers.
