He is survived by: his wife Karen Lyne Kendall (Smith); his daughter Deborah Anne; his son-in-law Sean Lindon Buck; his grandchildren, Madison Kendall, Jacob Lindon and Joshua Edwin; and his siblings, William Thomas Kendall, Barbara Lynn Browder (Kendall) and Sally Jean Bettes (Carman).
