He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cleveland "J. C." Stallings and Mildred Clark Stallings; his former wife Jewell Stallings; and his brothers, Jack Stallings and Bobby Gene Stallings of Towson, Maryland..
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pulley; his son Stephen R. Stallings (Gina); his grandsons, Jonathan Travis Stallings (Kelly) and Matthew Russell Stallings (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Rylyn Brown, Jonathan Davis Stallings, Solei Fullard and Logan Pierce.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Montlawn Memorial Park (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603).
