She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Pearce (Jim); her parents, Paul Orin Brady and Mildred Lena Robinson; her children, James Madison, Margaret Lynn Pearce of Raleigh, Gayle Pearce Aiken of Raleigh, Linda and Chris Luke of Zebulon; her brothers, William Howard Royal, John Scott Royal of Jacksonville, Florida. and James Jimmy Brady of Palm Beach, Florida.; and her family, Linda, Chris, Melissa, Gayle, Jamie and Margaret Lynn. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

At her request, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Pilot Baptist Church, "Wildcat Zone.".
