She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvil Dellet Canter and Lillie Grace Hodgson; her husband Stan Stanley; and her siblings, Emer Rash, Nancy Trivette, Vera Lee Calhoun, Nellene Grogan, Pauline Eller, Horton Canter, Fred Canter, Joe Canter and James Canter.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Stanley, Kim Stanley and Kerry Stanley. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hux & Lipford Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Mountain City, TN 37683). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
