He is survived by: his father Donald John (Betty) of Garner, IA; his son James Lee of Wilder, ID; and his siblings, Jonathan (Wendy) of Algona, IA, Jennifer of Boise, ID, Jeanette of Colorado Springs, CO, Joseph (Stella) of Middleton, ID, Joshua (Crystal) of Woden, IA and Jeremy of Nampa, ID. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
