He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Schnase and Gladys Schnase of Anamoose; his grandsons, Clem and Laurel; his wife Laurel Schnase of Anamoose; his brothers, John Schnase (Melinda) of Milwaukee, WI and Gil Schnase of Tower City, ND; his children, Cassidy Schnase (Patricia) of Fargo, ND, William Schnase (Denise) of Bedford, TX and Amanda Bott (Branden) of McClusky, ND; his grandsons, Connor Schnase, Gus Bott and Arlo Bott; his mother-in-law Joyce Whitehead; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Martin Lutheran Church (123 Main St, Anamoose, ND 58710). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
