He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howery and Laura Howery (Ledoux); his daughter DeAnn Howery; his siblings, Wilfred, Duane Howery and Glenda Tofteland; and his brothers-in-law, Gabriel Feland, David, Peter and Roger Fjeldahl.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Joyce Fjeldahl; his granddaughter Catherine Sharee Scott (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Amillia and Grayson Scott; his sister Elaine Feland; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Tofteland and Mary Fjeldahl.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Brethren Church (10051 ND-256, Antler, ND 58711). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
