He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Heitkamp; his sister-in-law Martha Heitkamp; and his niece Emily Heitkamp. He is survived by: his mother Melba Heitkamp (Nagel) of Mesa, AZ; and his siblings, Jeff of Fort Worth, TX, Paul (Mary Lou) of Wyndmere, Doug (Debby) of Barney, Beth Madson (Scott) of Gilbert, AZ and Chris of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
