He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Crissler Sr. and Ida Crissler (Azure); his siblings, Johnny, Ferrel, Charles, Louis Jr., Rosella, Shirley and Geli; his son Art Crissler Jr.; and his stepgranddaughter Racheal Larkins.
He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Martell of Belcourt; his daughter Michelle Azure (Dean) of Belcourt; his stepchildren, Rustin Larkins (Keri) of Watertown, SD, Margaret LaFromboise of Belcourt and Terri Larkins (Chad Fayant) of Belcourt; his siblings, Leo Crissler Sr. of Belcourt and Maryann Crissler of Belcourt; his grandchildren, AJ Crissler of Bismarck, Mercedes Crissler of Bismarck, Trenton Crissler of Bismarck, Brett Crissler of Belcourt, Amber Scheen of Devils Lake and Whitney Bercier of Dickinson; and his stepgrandchildren, Austin Stewart of St. John, Shanae Larkins of Belcourt, Crystal Burdette of Belcourt, Tracy Crissler of Belcourt, Santana Desjarlais of Fargo, Ernest Bradford Jr. of Fargo and Kayla Larkins of Watertown, SD. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fiddler's Hall.
