He is survived by: his wife Karen DeCoteau of Belcourt; his children, Earl Jr. DeCoteau (Teesha) of Belcourt, Jesse DeCoteau (Jana) of Belcourt, Jessica DeCoteau (Ashley Smith) of Belcourt, Lynn DeCoteau of Belcourt and Monique DeCoteau (Devon) of Belcourt; his grandchildren, Ashley Smith (AJ), Klea Gillis, Sadie Smith, Keeley Gillis, Ethan DeCoteau, Ty Smith, Shaelyn Wilkie, Kilynn Gillis, Jersey Smith, Tayleigh DeCoteau, Kesha DeCoteau and Grayson DeCoteau; and his siblings, Denise DeCoteau of Belcourt, Julie DeCoteau of Belcourt, Anita DeCoteau of Belcourt and Fabian DeCoteau (JoAnn) of Belcourt. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
