It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Audrey Morin of Belcourt, North Dakota, born in Rolla, North Dakota, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John B. Jeanotte and Marie Mae Jeanotte (Henry); her great grandchildren, Trey and Brekken; and her siblings, Patti Belgarde (Siddy Moore), Skippy Jeanotte and Ronald Duane Jeanotte.
She is survived by : her husband Donald "Chib" Morin; her daughters, Dawn Charbonneau (Brian) of Shakopee, MN and Leslie Parker of Belcourt; her grandchildren, Jenna Ssemujju (Aaron), Samantha Tessman (Zachary), Aimee Charbonneau (Travis) and Alex Morin (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Jyllian, Isabella "Bella", Avalon "Bob", Reese, Ariella "Ari" and Saylor "Baby"; and her siblings, Gaylene Belgarde (Linus) of Belcourt, Jeanette Grant of Bismarck and Leigh Jeanotte of Grand Forks. She is also survived by her family members and many friends.
