With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Joy of Belcourt, North Dakota, born in Rolla, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Olson and Louise Olson (Peer); and her son Waylon St. Germaine. She is survived by: her husband James St. Germaine; her children, Joel St (Marilyn), Julie Frank of Belcourt, Jeanine St. Germaine of Bessemer City, NC and Randy Miller of Minot; her grandchildren, Candis, Kristi, Jocko, Jawntae', Nevaeh, Naiyah, Tacinca, Mike, Rachel, Mya and Anielya; her sister Judy Hoffman of Cando; and her godchild Tracy Mears DeCoteau of Rolla. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
