He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Langer and Virginia Langer (Patnaude); and his half-sisters, Bernadine Morin and Beulah Jean Boone. He is survived by: his wife Rita Langer (Baker) of Belcourt; his children, JoAnn Hendrickson (Abner) of New Mexico and Thomas Baker of Belcourt; and his sisters, Lorraine Harrington of Portland, OR and Patricia Engelbretson of Portland, OR. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
