He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Cree; and his grandparents, Dominic, Ruth Poitra, Jerome and Martha Cree.
He is survived by: his father Michael Poitra Sr.; his child Onyx Nadeau; and his siblings, Twila Herald, Virgil Herald Jr. and Tyrone Herald.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Fiddler's Hall. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
